Buyer Rights & Responsibilities
Buyer Rights
Honesty
Buyers have the right to receive a functional item - we will never list an item that has not been fully inspected and tested. An item that is intended for parts or salvage-only will always be indicated as such.
Transparency
Buyers have the right to a complete, accurate online listing. We will never intentionally misrepresent an item. All efforts are made to accurately represent an item's size, color, condition, and appearance. Any major or noticeable cosmetic defects will always be shown in photos and/or noted in the item listing.
Integrity
Buyers have the right to a full investigation in the event an order does not meet expectations. In the event the item you receive is materially different from our listing, or misrepresented due to a seller error, we are committed to reaching a resolution promptly.
Buyer Responsibilities
Due Diligence
Buyers have a responsibility to complete due diligence prior to placing an order. Buyers should review all information and photos carefully, confirm measurements, confer with any other decision makers in the household, check the distance to the pickup location, and ask any clarifying questions before moving forward with a purchase. We do not provide any remedy for buyer errors or failures to do due diligence.
Realistic Expectations
Buyers have the responsibility to determine if purchasing secondhand merchandise is a good fit for their lifestyle and preferences. Used items do not come with warranties, often have unknown histories, and can require repairs or adjustments.

Prompt Communication
Buyers have a responsibility to inspect merchandise for defects immediately upon receipt and report any concerns promptly. We are unable to offer extended warranties or investigate claims of damages or defects made more than 24 hours after receipt of an order.
Returns
Secondhand Merchandise Disclaimer
Unless otherwise noted, all items offered for sale have been previously owned and/or used in a residential or commercial environment. It is normal and should be expected that used items will show varying degrees of wear and cosmetic imperfections. All efforts are made to accurately represent item appearance and condition. We guarantee all items sold are functional, but since cosmetic condition can often be subjective, it is the customer's responsibility to determine if an item's appearance is acceptable and/or a good fit for their specific needs. Customers should carefully review all listing photos and refer to item descriptions for details. We are always happy to provide additional photos, details, or measurements upon request.
All upholstered items are cleaned with a mild detergent and treated for pests as a precaution. We cannot guarantee if upholstery has had previous exposure to allergens (such as pet hair, smoke, dust, perfumes, etc) and therefore recommend using caution if someone in your home has allergies or sensitivities.
Return Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Merchandise is sold as-is, where-is, how-is with no warranty or guarantee.
Once an order has been marked as "Ready for Pickup" or "Shipped" the order can no longer be cancelled.

If upon receipt of your order, you discover any of the following defects, please contact us immediately.

An appliance, power tool, or electronic device that does not power on, or does not function correctly when powered on - only if the device was not observed in working order at the time of sale

An item that is missing an essential and irreplaceable component - only if this was not disclosed in the item listing or during pre-sale discussions

An incorrect size or specification was provided in the item listing or during pre-sale discussions

An item is delivered with damages that occurred in transit
We will investigate all claims made for the above reasons and resolve these situations promptly. In order for your claim to be considered, the defect must be reported within 24 hours of pickup/drop off. Reports of damages or defects made more than 24 hours after order is fulfilled will not be investigated.
Condition Scoring
10/10 - New, unused item. May or may not have original packaging/tags.
9/10 - Used item in like new condition. No visible cosmetic imperfections or signs of wear.
8/10 - Used item in very good condition. Minimal signs of wear. Blemishes, if present, are minor in size and severity, and do not drastically alter the appearance of the item.
7/10 - Used item in good condition. Normal signs of wear and cosmetic imperfections may include, but are not limited to, surface scratches, scuffs, small chips, or discoloration. Blemishes, if present, vary in size and severity, but do not drastically alter the appearance of the item and are easily touched up or disguised.
6/10 - Used item in good condition. Normal signs of wear and cosmetic imperfections may include, but are not limited to, scratches, scuffs, chips, or discoloration. Blemishes, if present, vary in size and severity, and may alter the appearance of the item but are easily touched up or disguised.
5/10 - Used item in fair condition. Noticeable signs of wear and cosmetic imperfections may include, but are not limited to, scratches, scuffs, chips, or discoloration. Blemishes, if present, vary in size and severity, and may alter the appearance of the item. Touch up or minor repairs are recommended to improve overall look.
4/10 - Used item in fair condition. Noticeable signs of wear and cosmetic imperfections may include, but are not limited to, scratches, scuffs, chips, or discoloration. Blemishes, if present, are significant in size and severity, and drastically alter the appearance of the item. Item requires repair or restoration and is best suited as a project piece or for a utility- type application outside of the main living area (garage, shop, etc)
3/10 - Used item in poor condition. Item needs complete restoration and is suitable only for professional repair or utility type application outside of the main living area
2/10 - Used item in poor condition. Item may be possible to restore for a utility type application but is not suitable for use in main living area.
1/10 - Used item in poor condition. Item may not be possible to restore or repair. Suitable for parts or salvage only.
